How do you know when it's time to quit your job and pursue your side hustle full-time? There isn't a "right" time or a "perfect" time, but there are some things to consider.

First of all, Merry Christmas! It's officially the day after Thanksgiving so that means CHRISTMAS!!!

Kirsten quit her corporate job after 10 years, and she left her job on the day she gave her resignation, but it wasn't a decision made without planning.

It's scary to quit a secure job with a steady paycheck and benefits in order to run a business on your own in which you are solely dependant on yourself for income and benefits and taxes and all the other things involved.

Setting specific criteria ahead of time allows you to measure your side hustle growth and to protect yourself from getting frustrated and making harsh decisions that could affect your financial security.

For Kirsten, she set a specific dollar amount that she had to have in savings, and she wanted her husband to be fully on board. Once these two things were met, she felt confident moving forward and quitting her job.

For Erin, she quit a job abruptly when she faced harassment from her male boss, and fortunately had enough money in savings to sustain herself and her growing family.

Having open communication with your family or friends is vital to helping you achieve success, but if you don't, DO NOT let that stop you! Prove them wrong by being successful!
