Sit-By-Me Sessions are 60-minute video calls designed to help you become familiar with online tools and platforms you need to run your business more efficiently and effectively.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Use the link below to sign up for a 60-minute Sit-By-Me Session and fill out the intake questionnaire.

  • You will receive an email from Kirsten containing a copy of your intake questionnaire responses and link to join your call.

  • At the time you selected, click the link in your email confirmation to join the Zoom video conference.

  • Your call will be recorded.

  • After our meeting, you will receive an email containing notes from our meeting and a link to your recorded call.

  • If you decide during this Sit-By-Me Session that you need a Logistics Package instead, you will receive a discounted rate on the Logistics Package created for you.

Logistics Packages are in-depth and long-term consulting packages geared toward individuals who need strategy and accountability. There are four components to Logistics Packages:

STEP #1: DIAGNOSIS

  • We’ll start with a Zoom conference call lasting approximately 30 minutes. We will dig into your blog or business to determine exactly the focus area of your project will be.

  • This call is meant to provide me with more information about your needs in order to develop a detailed project outline.

STEP #2: STRATEGY

  • After our call, you will receive an email from me containing a project outline, including tasks for your specific project and deadlines for each task.

  • You will also receive a suggested timeline for your project, including our regular meetings which may take place weekly or every other week depending on your specific project, as well as your invoice for the first retainer amount.

STEP #3: IMPLEMENTATION

  • We’ll get to work tackling one step at a time. I will assist with as much or as little implementation as needed, which may include:

    • emailing and managing third-party contractors such as designers, copywriters, etc.

    • researching and contacting podcasts/websites for promotion and marketing opportunities

    • Wordpress/Squarespace updates

    • Basic ConvertKit work such as creation of forms and landing pages, sequence setup, broadcast creation & scheduling, etc.

    • SEO and content planning

  • Our regular meetings will be check-in meetings to insure all parties are staying on task and on deadline.

STEP #4: MAINTENANCE

  • After the completion of your project, we will meet for up to three more monthly check-in meetings, depending on your project and needs, for assessment and tweaking, or to evaluate and address any questions that may have popped up since our time together.

Essentially, I won’t leave you hanging once the project has been completed!

COST: $55/hour

(after initial $75 for Diagnosis Call)

  • billed in 5 hour retainer increments for projects taking less than 6 weeks

  • billed in 10 hour increments for projects taking more than 6 weeks
